Frontier project of IMHE research on potential impact of 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake on Vegetation Restoration start in June 2009. This project was fully supported by Mianyang Forestry Administration, Mianyang Forestry Extension Center and the local governments. The government issued to the research team a special license for the first time.
