Chengdu Institute of Mountain Hazard and Environment (IMHE), CAS, Luojiang County of Deyang City, Sichuan Jinmeigui Investment CO., LTD signed Agricultural Technology Cooperation Agreement on March, 2010. 

The three sides reach an agreement to establish rose production bases and related technology system, with emphasis on research on ecological suitability cultivation of rose and seedling cultivation technique. Been as technological support unit, IMHE is expected to take full advantage of long-time research experience and matured technology system on distinctive agricultural resources industrialization, through consult industry's development, technology development and achievement transformation and other forms, to accelerate transformation of high-tech achievements into agricultural productivity, raise the overall efficiency of agriculture and improve local economic development.

The sign of this agreement marked a new beginning of the cooperation between IMHE and Luojiang County Government.
