As Secretary General of CNICIMOD, Prof. CuiPeng signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with David Molden, Director General of ICIMOD, for the purpose of further strengthening the partnership between the two parties. Prof. Cui Peng considered this event as a milestone, and gave best wishes to this new round partnership. According to this MoU, CNICIMOD and ICIMOD have the common responsibilities to share information with each other, to jointly conduct research programs, to jointly hold conferences, workshops, etc., and to exchange faculty when required.  

The shared objectives of the partnership is to strengthen engagement between CN-ICIMOD and ICIMOD’s engagement in China and in the HKH region by fostering linkages with existing partners and emerging partners as well as joint research and development opportunities.
