Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Window is a scholarship programme for undergraduate, graduate,doctoral, post-doctoral and academic staff, financed by the European Commission. The on-line application opened October 1, 2009. Application deadline is November 20, 2009. Priority will be given to persons who are working in organizations dealing with issues that are connected to the prioritized fields (public health, social welfare, entrepreneurship/innovation, environmental issues, and international law/human rights).
