Evaluation meeting of CAS project of “Monitoring, Forecasting and Integrated Control Techniques of Mountain Hazards induced by Earthquake” was held in Chengdu Institute of Mountain Hazards and Environment (IMHE), CAS, on Dec.2rd, 2009.

Project leader KONG Jiming reported the overall project, focused on the types and distribution of mountain disaster, formation, development trends and evaluation of mountain disaster chain and automatic monitoring technology system, etc. Experts from Chengdu University of Technology, Sichuan University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu Bureau of Land and Resource and CAS agreed that this project completed all tasks well and considered acceptable.
