Asian Network on Debris Flow（ANDF） was proposed on the 2010 International Debris Flow Workshop, Chengdu, China, on the background of the debris flows with more frequency, greater magnitude happen as the result of extreme climate. It will be established to promote Asian cooperation on debris flow.
