The 2009 Annual Meeting of Science and Technology Collaboration Committee, Chinese Water and Soil Conservation Academy were held in Beijing on 21^st Sep, 2009.

Professor WEN Anbang, director of Science and Technology Division of IMHE, reported on the progress of National Science and Technology Supporting Program “Sloping land Repair and Key Techniques Experimentation and Demonstration of High Efficient Eco-agriculture in Upper Yangtze River”. This report was highly regarded by the Ministry of Water Resource of the People’s Republic of China (MWR) and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China (MOST).
